A mega project with an estimated cost of 7.5 billion NIS for the construction of a regional light rail that will serve the residents of the north and create a fast and efficient transport sequence between the settlements of the northern metropolis of Israel on its three hubs – Haifa, Karyot and Nof HaGalil-Nazareth. The railway will be spread over approximately 41 km, along which 20 transportation terminals and parking lots will be constructed.
